Senior Pics: Sweet Serenity ~ Wheatland Family Photographer

I recently had the privilege of spending a couple hours with the lovely young woman you see below.  It's her senior year and she's got her whole future ahead of her!  What an exciting time of life!  I enjoyed getting to know her better and hearing about how God has been at work in her life.  (It's a wonderful story; you should ask her next time you see her!)  

Serenity is truly a beautiful young woman inside and out.  She was even willing to come to my stomping grounds after her workday to let me drag her all around and make her sit in odd places and "act natural."  

For example, this first photo.  The poor girl is afraid of heights, but she consented to sit on an antique chair a few feet from a two hundred foot cliff!  And she even smiled!  The things people will do for good photos...  ;)

But seriously, we had a fun shoot and were blessed with warm, breezy, late-summer weather, which I can't complain about.  We stayed within about a 10 mile stretch of road for all of these locations, too!  For those of you who know Serenity personally, I hope you enjoy seeing the warm and friendly person you already know shining out from each photo.  And for those who don't know her, you're in for a treat!  Scroll down to see highlights, and don't forget that you can click on the photos to see them larger.
